Guardians of Wolven Spirit Recruitment Policy

Requirements:
Level 45 - 50 - Must be sponsored by 1 existing member, that has been with the guild for at least 2 months.
Level 50+ - Do not require a sponsor.

Proceedure:

Adventurers interested in joining Guardians of Wolven Spirit should go to the message board and post an introduction message stating that they are interested in joining, giving thier name, class, email, and current level, and why they wish to join Guardians of Wolven Spirit. There will be no consideration until a message is posted in the Affilliate Introduction Forum.

The Recruitment Officer will post the names of people interested in joining on a weekly basis. The general membership will have the opportunity to post any feedback on those people, both good and bad.

After a weeks time, the officers will take into consideration everything said about the candidate, and they will vote upon if this
candidate should be admitted to the Guild.

In the case of a successful vote (75% of officers must approve), the feedback thread will be deleted, and the person will be guilded, but placed on a 2 month probation.

If the vote is Non-successful (< 75% of the officers approve) the feedback thread will be deleted, and the candidate will be so informed and sent on his way.

During the probation period, any act unbecoming of a Guardians of Wolven Spirit member, as investigated by a Membership Officer, will result in immediate removal from the guild.

Mortal Enemy Clause:
If at anytime during the Feedback or Probation phase, it is learned that the new recruit has greatly wronged a current member, the new recruit will most likely be rejected. Guardians of Wolven Spirit would much rather keep a current member from quitting.
